EVENT MANAGER (m/f)
Your Tasks
_Responsibility for project management from the review, preparation of offers and negotiation over the entire course of the project - from planning to project completion
_ Briefing of those involved in the project (distribution of tasks / responsibilities in the team, monitoring of the sub-steps, setting of timings, coordination and controlling of interfaces)
_Customer management and advice
_Creation of pitch / customer presentations in cooperation with CD
_Planning / engaging site inspections
_Operation planning and event coordination on site
Your Profile
_You have a university degree in media and communication sciences and / or business administration or a comparable education
_You already have been in charge of large projects in the areas of event management (corporate and public) and trade fair communication
_You know that above-average commitment, resilience and a high degree of flexibility are preconditions for these tasks
_You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to be measured by success
_You are extremely fluent in language and writing (G / E), business fluent
