Our official working language is English, so fluency or near-native proficiency is required.

Join our VOK DAMS team in Beijing! We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented professional for the position of:

Project Manager (M/F/D)

Your Tasks

_Develop and present compelling event proposals that align with client objectives. Prepare all related documentation for proposal and execution.

_Lead project teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion and handover of projects.

_Provide project briefings and creative direction to designers.

_Oversee and manage contractors and suppliers to ensure project standards are met.

_Be present on-site during events to ensure smooth execution.

_Manage project budgets, control costs, and issue profit projections.

_Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Your Profile

_3-5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or PR, preferably with premium brands in sectors such as automotive, fashion, hospitality, or entertainment. Experience with 4A agencies, design/creative firms, or other relevant agencies is also desirable.
_Bachelor’s degree in any field.

_Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

_Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and ethical standards. _Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

_Strong English reading and writing skills; fluency in spoken English is a plus.
